BTS IT Specialist

cGMP Consulting is looking for a highly skilled and motivated CSA AI Validation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of business technology services, and driving technological innovation to enhance pharmaceutical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtual machines.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and security updates to maintain optimal performance and security.
Manage and safeguard company data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
Lead and participate in IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of deadlines.
Identify opportunities for technological improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in network and server management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected pay range per year: $65,000-$80,000 USD
Expected benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K
