cGMP Consulting is based in Lake Forest, IL. Our main client locations are Melrose Park, IL, North Chicago, IL, Waukegan, IL and Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Position Summary
cGMP Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to drive efforts to standardize and structure unstructured data, enabling end-to-end connectivity for business use cases. This individual will focus on transitioning to agile methodology for delivering digital and AI-driven data integrations. This individual will coordinate enhancements and improvements to existing Infor implementations.
Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Facilitate agile project delivery including: backlog management, sprint planning, iterative improvement.
- Ensure data pipelines and infrastructure algin with the needs of various AI-driven business initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and manage a variety of data-centric workstreams.
- Coordinate with business owners to prioritize and deliver data integrations.
- Translate between business needs and complex technical / data requirements.
- Manage backlog and status communications with technical and business stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile processes and continuous improvement for the integration team.
- Plan, track and report on scheduled deployments (2-3 active deployments).
- Document and monitor action items, meetings, risks and decisions.
- Maintain financial tracking (setting LBEs, updating cashflow documentation).
- Coordinate post-implementation communications and change management.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical application workflows.
- Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field of study.
- 4+ years’ experience in a GMP manufacturing environment. Must be familiar with regulatory (FDA) requirements.
- Experience of agile project management and waterfall project management and application deployments.
- Experience with technical projects; ability to translate high-level business use cases into technical deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management, especially with technical, data, and business teams.
- Background in data integrations or digital transformation projects preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected pay range per year: $125,000-$150,000 USD
- Expected benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K
