Job Summary

This position is responsible for organizing and directing business related tasks and meetings- with experience in packaging and validation to lead, manage, and support a variety of on-going projects for clients in the pharmaceutical industry related to packaging engineering. Position activities include designating project resources, preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, communicating status, and ensuring successful project completion. Projects are generally associated with client compliance to FDA and Industry standards at various levels.

cGMP Consulting is looking for an individual who is efficient, comfortable working independently, and who will handle multiple projects and priorities, work with tight deadlines, address high priority requests, and effectively lead and manage multiple projects to completion. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, independent, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project deliverables and objectives to accomplish assigned projects.
  • Prepare and communicate project schedules and resource needs to internal and external teams.
  • Manage issues and risks that arise throughout project.
    Ensure projects are progressing as planned and adjust or reallocate resources to accommodate any changes or risks.
  • Work with client representatives to fully understand needs and solve problems.
  • Provide quality and validation expertise to determine compliance needs.
    Communicate resource needs to the cGMP Consulting team to ensure continued project success and completion.
  • Schedule, lead, and participate in meetings and discussions related to assigned client projects.
  • Develop good relations with colleagues and clients

Position skills and requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year degree.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and packaging is preferred.
  • Highly motivated and independent individual.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
